Escape Velocity is a creative project of films and live performance works made by and with young trans and gender non-conforming people in Melbourne from 2019 to 2021.
Created through a partnership between St Martins and Minus18, Escape Velocity is an artistic response to some of the anxieties faced by young people in public space that we’d like to share with you.
Escape Velocity is funded by Creative Victoria’s Future Makers for Change initiative.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work, the Wurundjeri and Boon Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation.
